If customers are not satisfied for the items, he/she can exchange the items, however, customers will be responsible for all further shipping fees.

If customers wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items,  please follow the steps below:

  • email us within 7 working days

  • send photos to us about the problems of the items in details

  • return the items to us with tracking number

Products may be refunded within 30 days provided returned items are

  • still in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached

  • have not been worn or used
