Shipping policy
Please note that all Chinese Wedding garments are manufactured in different countries. That’s why you pay for shipment from different countries to your address, depending on the product location. Your order may take up 4-6 months to send you a parcel. (for custom-made orders)
Please note that all dresses and outfits are manufactured for our clients, Chinese Wedding does not overproduce and does not have storage of different styles and sizes. Therefore, on average, every order takes from 4 to 6 months depending on availability of fabrics and embellishments. Please contact chinesewedding.cs@gmail.com if you need your garment earlier. Rush fees may be applied in this case.
Shipping to Hong Kong:
We ships orders using standard Post, with tracking number. Please be advised that delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at check-out. If you wish to ship using a different courier, alternative shipping methods may be arranged by contacting chinesewedding.cs@gmail.com.
International shipping:
For international orders, please email us at chinesewedding.cs@gmail.com. Our representative will assist you with the process of placing your order, as well as estimating shipping charges and providing insurance options.
Please be advised that all buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs, and duties that may be assessed by the country they reside. If you are unsure about the rules in your country, or for more information, please contact your local customs office.
PO Boxes:
Chinese Wedding does not ship to PO boxes.
Notification of Shipping:
Notification is emailed the day your order is scheduled to ship from Chinese Weddings / factories to your address. The announcement includes tracking information.
Order Pick Up:
You can choose an option to pick up your order from the showroom in Hong Kong. Simply, choose the delivery option ‘LOCAL PICK UP’. We will notify you when your purchase is ready for a pick-up. When you come to the showroom, please have your I.D. and order number ready. We will not give your package to any 3rd party without previous arrangement. The showroom operates by private appointments only. Please email chinesewedding.cs@gmail.com to arrange an appointment before coming.
‘LOCAL PICK UP’ orders will be held for 40 days from the receiving date. If Chinese Wedding is not notified of a time extension on pick up, and the order has not been picked up the merchandise will be put back into stock, and no refund will be issued.
Additional information:
Chinese Wedding is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders are shipped with delivery/shipping confirmation, i.e., being tracked. If your shipment is confirmed as delivered or sent, we cannot issue any credits for lost or stolen packages. Should you not receive your order promptly after you received your shipping confirmation, please email or call us to inquire immediately. When leaving a message on our voicemail system, please be sure to include your full name, order number, and email address. Our typical response time is usually the same business day or next, however, allow up to 48 hours to get back to you. You can also email your questions to chinesewedding.cs@gmail.com.
