PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3 -13 days for  standard online orders and up to 2 - 3 weeks for special orders to be processed prior to shipping (items are usually made to order thus takes slightly longer).

It is recommended to order dresses at least 2 - 3 months before the tea ceremony date to allow for alterations (if required).

SHIPPING POLICY

• 10 - 14 business days for delivery to locations including Hong Kong, Victoria, NSW, Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory once order has been shipped.

• We provide worldwide shipping.

• Free pick up from our store is available - please leave message in contacts form stating which products you would like. We are located in Hong Kong. Customers could also self pickup in Melbourne, VIC.
